Progress Photos

This page is for tracking my results. On this page, you will find progress photos taken at regular intervals as well as a calculation of the Plantar Arch Index (PAI) which provides an index value for the size of the arch based on footprint analysis. My goal is to achieve visible arches in the photos as well as a consistent PAI of less than 1.0 for both feet.
